Return Policy
At Pretty Personalized, all custom jewelry is made specifically for each customer based on the details provided at checkout. Please review all order information carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
All personalized and custom-made items purchased through Pretty Personalized are considered final sale items.
Because each piece is custom created to your requested specifications, we are unable to restock or resell most returned items. Production on your order begins shortly after purchase, therefore:
- Orders become final 24 hours after purchase.
- Please ensure all names, spellings, colors, chain styles, sizing, and customization details are entered correctly before submitting your order.
- Pretty Personalized is not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors or incorrect order details submitted at checkout.
Each custom piece can take several days to several weeks to create depending on the design and customization selected.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item with an error caused by us, including:
- Incorrect name spelling
- Wrong item/color/style sent
- Incorrect customization
- Damaged item upon arrival

We will work quickly to correct the issue through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when applicable.
If a resolution cannot be reached, a refund may be issued excluding shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within the following timeframes:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order: eligible for free cancellation
- Between 12–24 hours after purchase: subject to a 30% cancellation/restocking fee
- After 24 hours: all sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded

Non-Customized Items
If you purchased a non-customized item and are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for:
- Store credit toward another item of equal or lesser value
or - A refund if approved upon inspection
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
Return Instructions
Please securely package all approved return items in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our behalf.
Return Processing Time
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date your return is shipped for processing and review.
Once approved, refunds or store credits will be issued to the original payment method or customer account.
Damaged Item Claims
Customers must report any damaged items within 72 hours of delivery. The 72-hour timeframe begins once the tracking information shows the package as delivered.
After 72 hours, Pretty Personalized reserves the right to deny all damage claims.
If a damage claim is approved, the customer will have 14 days to return the item in order to receive a replacement or refund.
